SWBC is seeking a quick-learning, tech-savvy professional to provide stellar customer service to clients and employees. You will support clients across Payroll, Time & Labor Management, and HRIS, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to implementation projects in a fast-paced team environment.

The role emphasizes independent workload management, strong communication, and the ability to translate client needs into practical solutions while staying current with product features and releases.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of two years in customer service.
  • Entry level role with strong technology proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provides clients with telephone and online support.
  • Analyzes, troubleshoots and helps resolve product/service issues; escalates when needed.
  • Assists in development of support plans for clients.
  • Engages with prospects and clients to understand Payroll, Time & Labor Management, and HRIS needs.
  • Participates in discovery sessions to define requirements.
  • Stays up to date on product features, functionality and releases.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert internally and with customers.
  • Builds delivery best practices leveraging implementation and consulting experience.

Job description

SWBC is seeking a talented individual who is a quick learner with technical aptitude skills and able to work as part of a team as well as manage projects and deadlines independently. In this role, you will provide stellar customer service to our clients and employees.Why you'll love this role:In this role, every day is different.
