A leading company is seeking an SR HRIS Analytics Manager to oversee the development and optimization of HR analytics and reporting. This remote position involves creating Power BI dashboards, analyzing HR data, and collaborating across departments to drive data-driven decision-making. Candidates should possess extensive experience in HR reporting, strong proficiency in Power BI, and excellent communication skills to present insights to senior management.

Position Overview :
The SR HRIS Analytics Manager (SR HRIS MANAGER) will oversee the administration, development, and optimization of the company’s Human Resource Analytics and reporting areas, including product and project management. This role will support creation of high level PowerBI skills with data from ADP Workforce Now, ADP Workforce Manager, ADP Recruiting, Halo Ticket Systems data and others systems to provide both company and affiliate level reporting, and Department level KPI’s, support Compliance initiatives by supplement with technology, and HR Ops with KPI data to manage with more intelligence and better inside. Also, supporting reporting for MDM, Security and audits for all HRIS Systems to ensure accuracy and compliance. Additionally collaborate on other system projects and initiatives like Palantir implementation, automation, and AI to support the HRIS Team. Also, support for mergers and acquisitions of new affiliates and act as Project Manager for all analytic tasks and products in a Shared Service environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards and reports in Power BI. / Palantir, SharePoint
Analyze HR data to provide insights on key metrics, such as turnover, employee engagement, recruitment, and workforce demographics.
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and other business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Ensure data governance and accuracy in all reports and dashboards by implementing validation checks and routine data audits.
Lead HR analytics initiatives by transforming raw data into actionable insights for business decisions.
Provide training and support to HR team members and other stakeholders on how to use Power BI dashboards and interpret the reports.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in HR reporting and analytics, enhancing efficiency and the quality of outputs.
