Job Title: HRIS Analyst III – Workforce Management (WFM)
Overview:
The HRIS Analyst III – WFM serves as a senior technical and functional expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management systems, with emphasis on strategic configuration, optimization, and cross-functional integration of key modules including Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, and Analytics. This role is instrumental in enhancing system functionality, driving continuous improvement, and supporting large-scale HR technology initiatives across the enterprise.
This individual will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of WFM initiatives, from requirement gathering and configuration through testing, implementation, and production support. This includes supporting mergers/acquisitions, process automation, and analytics transformation efforts. As a senior-level resource, the HRIS Analyst III also mentors junior analysts and partners closely with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and Compliance to ensure alignment of system capabilities with organizational strategy.
