What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Act as a subject matter expert for UKG Pro Workforce Management modules including Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduling
  2. Lead the configuration and implementation of new functionalities, ensuring data integrity and compliance
  3. Manage escalated support tickets and serve as tier-3 support for WFM-related inquiries
  4. Design and deliver complex reports, dashboards, and analytics using WFM tools
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with operational goals

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
  2. 5–7 years of hands-on experience in UKG Pro WFM configuration and system administration
  3. Required expertise in UKG Workforce Management Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, and Analytics modules
  4. Strong understanding of HRIS, Payroll, and cross-functional business processes
  5. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, and acquisitions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
