• Represent the operational interests of the functional areas within the IS Department for Epic deployments.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery of system improvements.
• Possess on-call availability and eligibility for telecommute as part of the role.

Job Summary

The Epic Business Systems Analyst III ensures that the operational interests of their respective functional areas are being fully represented in the day-to-day operations of the Information Systems Department. This role supports the Epic applications deployed within the Harris Health.

Minimum Qualifications

Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:

• a) Bachelor's Degree (And) Five (5) Years Work Experience within IT OR 3 Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis
• (Or)
• High School Diploma or GED (And) Nine (9) Years Work Experience Within IT
• b) Proficiency/Certification for at least one Epic Application.

Work Experience:

Five (5) Years within IT OR Three (3) Years Hospital Health Care Organizations Business Analysis

Management Experience:

One (1) year of Project Management: Epic Project preferred

Communication Skills: Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact), Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking) Writing / Correspondence, Writing / Reports

Experience in a hospital or clinic setting preferred.

Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously, be able to prioritize effectively, and meet overlapping deadlines.
