This position supports and maintains the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) in addition to other systems supported by the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) team. This position supports HRMS upgrades, testing, and other projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Works independently on finding and resolving issues for all required data fields using ADP, eTime, Taleo, Cornerstone, Excel, and other HR related systems and documentation
- Performs daily data entry, data compilation, and data processing activities
- Monitors and maintains completeness of various data feeds
- Maintains documentation and tools to support the HR operations team
- Provides HRMS support, including but not limited to, researching and resolving HRMS problems, examining unexpected results or process flaws, performing scheduled activities, and recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Participates in review and testing of HRMS upgrades
- Serves as a liaison with other departments and provides overall project management for given HR initiatives
- Interacts with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to identify and correct missing or invalid data fields
- Sets up tasks and comment log codes to track data corrections and follow-up issues
- Recommends and implements changes that will either improve quality or improve efficiencies
- Escalates issues to appropriate team members in a timely fashion
- Maintains awareness of and examines current HRIS trends with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and application of key technologies
- Ad hoc special projects, both within and outside the department, as assigned
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, include but not limited to compliance and operational risk. Demonstrate consideration for Cenlar’s reputation as well as our clients, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of HRIS or general HR experience
- Experience with HRMS, such as ADP, eTime, Taleo, and Cornerstone, preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suit, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Extreme attention to detail

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work on several projects simultaneously
