Job summary

Hirebridge LLC is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support internal HR software and collaborate with IT to improve HR processes. The role acts as a liaison to vendors for selection, implementation, and training while overseeing system updates and troubleshooting.

This temporary position runs through approximately April/May 2027, with a competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and pet HSA. In-office Monday–Friday in Costa Mesa, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven HRIS Analyst with 2-3 years of experience managing HR systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data confidentiality, and system implementation.

Responsibilities

• Trouble tickets: respond to and resolve in a timely manner.
• Maintain Microsoft SQL Server.
• Liaise with HR and IT to manage storage and compliance.
• Lead upgrades and changes to HR systems and technology.
