Position Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This role is responsible for the effective management and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This effort includes, but is not limited to, implementing HR software, enacting continuous improvement based on changing business requirements, maintaining information systems and employee databases, administering organizational charts, and compiling, analyzing and distributing HR reports. This role will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our HR systems.
Essential Functions:
Manage and configure Workday and other HR systems.
Create and maintain custom reports and analytics.
Analyze and improve HR system processes and workflows.
Provide system support, troubleshooting, and manage upgrades.
Ensure HR data integrity and compliance.
Compile and analyze employee data to provide decision support to help drive the business in areas such as Human Capital Management, Compensation, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and provide system training on process workflows and best practices.
Set up and manage system automation including approval workflows and task notifications.
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies.
Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role.
Represents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resource Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 2 years of dedicated HRIS experience, with proven expertise in supporting and configuring HR systems.
Hands-on experience with Workday is strongly preferred, including configuration, business process management, and security administration.
Demonstrated ability to create complex custom reports and calculated fields within Workday.
Experience or expertise in at least one Workday functional area (e.g., HCM Core, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Payroll, Reporting) is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas).
Strong understanding of core HR business processes and data management principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Strong project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels.
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
