Under general supervision from the program director, the instructor will work directly with incarcerated individuals providing employability and workforce readiness instruction to adult male inmates in a correctional facility setting. The instructor will help participants develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to successfully transition into the workforce and pursue gainful employment following release. The instructor will establish professional boundaries, maintain a structured classroom environment and present employment concepts with real world application.
