Job summary

The TDOC Instructor will deliver individualized instruction to incarcerated individuals, equipping them with the tools to reenter society as productive citizens. Collaborating with counselors, facility staff, and education teams, you will run engaging lessons, assess progress, and manage safe learning environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience delivering instruction to adult learners preferred.
• Strong communication and advisory skills required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver instruction with differentiated lessons.
• Assess and monitor student progress with assessments.
• Maintain safe, orderly learning environments and enforce procedures.
• Provide individualized academic and motivational support.
• Coordinate testing and data reporting in systems.
