Job summary

City of Princeton HRA seeks an experienced leader to oversee a 40-unit public housing program. The role provides strategic leadership and directs fiscal and operational management, ensuring HUD and Fair Housing Act compliance and high-quality resident services.

Reporting to the HRA Board, the executive will drive performance, budgeting, program oversight, and stakeholder coordination to sustain safe, affordable housing and strong community outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public administration, urban planning, or related field.
• Leadership experience in housing programs or public sector management.
• Strong knowledge of HUD programs, Fair Housing Act regulations, and public housing operations.
• Experience with budgeting, finance, and program oversight.
