Kids for the Future is seeking an organized HR Uniform Coordinator to manage our employee uniform program and support the HR team at The Brook in Seabrook, NH. In this role, you'll oversee uniform inventory, coordinate cleaning and repairs, assist employee-owners with uniform needs, and help ensure every team member is equipped to represent our company professionally.

We are a 100% employee-owned company that donates a portion of revenue to charitable causes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service, admin support, inventory control, retail, warehouse, hospitality, or related experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's uniform inventory and tracking program.
• Issue uniforms to new hires, transfers, and existing employee-owners.
• Process uniform exchanges, returns, replacements, and collections.
• Receive, organize, stock, and audit uniform inventory.
• Coordinate uniform cleaning, repairs, and vendor services.
• Maintain accurate inventory and recordkeeping systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employee-owners.
• Support HR reception coverage and administrative projects as needed.
