Job summary

Qualifications

• First level university degree.
• 6+ years of experience leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives in HR or related business functions.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of HR programs within Networking HR and transformation roadmap.
• Lead planning and execution of complex HR initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Establish integrated program plans, governance mechanisms, and performance metrics.
• Advance adoption of AI and emerging technologies within Networking HR.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and change impacts; develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level insights and decision-support for HR leadership forums.
• Offer expertise on project management, change execution, and operating model improvements.
• Influence priorities, sequencing, and execution strategies using data and business context.
• Support culture integration across legacy HPE and Juniper organizations.
• Enable people leader readiness through coordinated rollouts and adoption support.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and leaders to align programs with priorities.
