Responsibilities

• Effectively facilitating HR related training topics to groups of various sizes.
• Ability to plan and implement training according to policy and procedure.
• Strong attention to detail, problem resolution, critical thinking, and ability to make changes with little notice.
• Must be able to work with other staff and provide educational planning to departments upon request.
• Must be familiar with learning management systems and reporting.
