Job summary

Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking an experienced Human Resources Training Manager to lead both in-person and online training programs. You will champion employee engagement, coordinate recognition events, and keep team members informed through regular communications.

The role focuses on ADP-based online training, development of materials, and leadership coaching within a fast-paced casino/hospitality environment. Strong onboarding and regulatory compliance knowledge is required.

• Design, deliver, and manage training programs, in-person and online.
• Lead employee relations activities and internal communications.
• Develop training materials, presentations, SOPs, and assessments.
• Coordinate online training via ADP and track course completion.
• Establish and manage engagement programs and events.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and supervisors.
• Maintain training records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Compliance, Operations, and management.
