Job summary

Earth Friendly Products is seeking an HR Intern to support Training & Development on the ECOS Team. You will help develop training content, scripts, and videos, while collaborating with HR and operations to translate procedures into clear employee materials.

You will gain hands-on experience in instructional design, video production, and employee communications in a manufacturing setting, with exposure to real processes on the warehouse floor. This role fosters learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a related field as listed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
• Interest or experience in video content is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development and updating of employee training materials.
• Create training videos, scripts and storyboards for programs.
• Assist with coordinating video shoots and basic editing tasks.
• Document processes with photos, video and written instructions.
• Help ensure training reflects actual warehouse procedures.
