Responsibilities

• Support HR functions including training, workforce development, performance management, recruiting, compensation, compliance, and HRIS operations.
• Lead city-wide HR programs, projects, and initiatives for HR areas.
• Oversee HRIS processes, maintain employment data, and generate reports.
• Coordinate hiring, promotions, and separations; ensure timely processing.
• Streamline processes and automate HR tasks.
• Respond to employee inquiries professionally.
• Maintain compliant employee records.
• Assist audits and records requests.
