Job summary

Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Trainer to develop people, deliver engaging learning experiences, and support onboarding for our manufacturing teams.

You will design and deliver training on safety, HR, and operations, and collaborate with supervisors to drive effectiveness across all shifts. You will maintain records, stay current on adult learning techniques, and provide translation support when needed.

Job TitleHR TrainerPosition OverviewWe're looking for an enthusiastic HR Trainer who is passionate about developing people, delivering engaging learning experiences, and helping employees succeed from day one.In this role, you'll serve as a key partner in onboarding, training, and workforce development for our manufacturing team.
