About the role
The HR Technology Senior PMO Leader will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, management, and completion of projects supporting the Human Resources function globally at Carrier. You will partner with project team members and vendors to develop project scope and use your project management skills to manage project scope, identify resource requirements, define project deliverables, and execute. You will ensure effective communications and relationships between stakeholders and project team members.
The ideal candidate should have a successful track record in program/project management strategy, technology delivery, and operations. The ideal candidate should be able to lead process improvement initiatives and projects to improve productivity, quality, and employee experience.
