Greenheck Group is seeking an experienced HR Technology Leader to oversee HRIS and related systems, guiding the HR IT Technology team and shaping the technology roadmap in partnership with HR leadership.
The role emphasizes Workday expertise, SAP integrations, and governance across HR systems. Ideal candidates have 6–8 years in HR technology, strong supervisory experience, and a related Bachelor's degree. Travel to Schofield, WI or Minneapolis, MN is expected.

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive total compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package as part of our total rewards program. The compensation for this role includes base salary along with the opportunity to earn additional variable compensation based on achieving specific performance metrics. The starting base pay range for this position is $144,462‑$178,453 and may vary based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work, occasional lifting up to 10 pounds, repetitive motion, and substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing and analyzing data, transcribing, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in‑person meetings and complete various office tasks.
