About the Role

Do you enjoy making someone’s life easier? Are you able to present your authentic self and bring a genuinely human touch to helping companies find the right software for their business? If so, we’d love to have you apply for our HR Tech Advisor position!

In this role, you will be one of the key faces of SSR and the first impression a prospective client has of our organization. You will lead our efforts to connect with HR professionals, understand their needs, and help them simplify their HR software search through custom recommendations and advice. We are a small, dynamic team that values adaptability and growth, so expect to wear multiple hats and evolve in your role over time.

Your contributions will play a crucial role in helping HR professionals make confident software decisions while driving our business growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Identify and engage with relevant HR and TA clients through warm and cold outreach
  2. Conduct research on the HR software industry to build and maintain expertise
  3. Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM to track progress
  4. Manage a pipeline of HR and TA professionals in-market for HR software
  5. Understand the unique needs of our HR clients through phone and email communication
  6. Connect qualified HR and TA professionals with the best fit vendors based on their requirements and the vendor’s ICP

Requirements

  1. 2+ years of experience in a client facing role (sales, recruiting, customer support, or account management)
  2. Experience in HR, talent acquisition, HR tech, or familiarity with HR software is highly preferred
  3. Strong, authentic communication skills that resonate with clients
  4. Tech savvy with an understanding of how software is used in business settings
  5. Ability to craft personalized outreach messages that feel genuine and engaging
  6. Superb time management and organizational skills
  7. Ability to work independently and productively in a fully remote environment
