Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant internship experiences preferred.
• Knowledge of Employment law/EEOC requirements, Financial/ Banking Industry, Employment Benefit and Compensation, Training & Development Processes preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in verbal and writing are required. Bilingual ability in Mandarin is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct HR functions across recruitment, onboarding, background checks and ad hoc projects.
• Assist with internal policies and procedures within the bank’s risk framework.
• Support DEI initiatives, employee mobility, and ad hoc projects as needed.
• Facilitate onboarding programs including documentation collection and vendor coordination.
• Assist in talent management, training programs, and employee relations investigations.
• Support terminations, data integrity in HR systems, and compliance with applicable laws.
