Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and compliance for a growing community. You will develop strategic hiring programs, screen candidates, and ensure timely onboarding while maintaining accurate employee records.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least five years in HR with recruiting/onboarding. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR role with emphasis on recruiting and onboarding.
• Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet community needs.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent.
• Implement effective recruiting strategies and drive candidates through the hiring funnel.
• Phone screen applicants and schedule interviews.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for all walk-in applicants.
• Onboard new hires and complete pre-employment requirements prior to orientation.
• Ensure associates files comply with state and regulatory agency requirements.
• Maintain BCI log and conduct orientation and onboarding setup.
• Coordinate trainings and access to systems; support TB testing tracking.
• Collaborate with Learning and Development to audit I-9 and WOTC data.
