Responsibilities

• Support HR administration processes and documentation for employee benefits.
• Process paperwork and set up accounts in relevant systems for new hires.
• Deliver requested information and reports as scheduled or on request.
• Maintain employment files to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Source, via ads and vendor networks, quality candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate pre-employment background checks and onboarding.
• Assist in college recruiting initiatives and career fairs.
• Organize onboarding and other administrative duties as necessary.
• Maintain and refresh training curricula and support learning delivery.
