• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
• Strong interest in environmental services industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a professional team.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or other relevant tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety remains the top priority in all activities.
• Support HR team on employee-related topics and org changes.
• Build relationships with employees and learn day-to-day operations.
• Assist with training, employee engagement, and career growth initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition by sourcing candidates and assisting with recruiting events.
• Assist with HR data analysis to support recruiting and retention.
• Utilize Excel, PowerPoint, CRMs to track data and trends.
• Attend internship networking events and complete final project presentation.
