The HR Systems (HRIS) Senior Analyst supports ongoing business needs while enabling the strategy and development of the HR ecosystem, with a focus on USA Payroll and Timekeeping. The role involves partnering with Payroll, Timekeeping, Benefits, IT, and HR Leaders to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes and controls, and leverage technological capabilities. Responsibilities include building project plans, ensuring adherence to schedules, maintaining a systems orientation, and working effectively with peers on technology priorities and long-term planning. The analyst serves as a technical contact for USA Payroll and Timekeeping, assists subject matter experts with data integrity, system testing, report writing, and analyzing data flows for process improvements. Support for upgrades, patches, testing, and other technical projects is also expected.
Responsibilities include developing deep functional and technical expertise in HR disciplines, especially Payroll; providing insights and recommendations; staying current on HR systems; managing business processes, configurations, releases, testing, and implementations; building strong partnerships across departments; supporting system administration, troubleshooting, and data integrity; maintaining documentation; responding to escalated queries; monitoring project schedules; creating reports; offering solutions to enhance user experience; managing go-live processes; and controlling scope, quality, costs, and resources.

The salary range for this role is $89,100 - $126,900, influenced by experience, skills, and other factors. More benefits information is available at mywabtecbenefits.com. Other benefits may include an annual bonus, if eligible.
