Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a System Expert to help us improve and maintain our internal HR systems, collaborating with internal HR, service delivery, training, and operations teams to drive quality and process improvements.

You will test interfaces, resolve issues, and support move-to-production activities while ensuring accurate technical representations before release. This role offers mentorship and growth opportunities within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience as a quality coach/analyst.
• Awareness of the 7 QC tools.
• Working knowledge of Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Test system interfaces to ensure functionality, reliability, and data accuracy
• Diagnose and resolve system issues through root cause analysis
• Troubleshoot and manage system-related issues via Jira ticketing and tracking systems
• Provide post-launch system support to internal HR stakeholders
• Establish efficient workflows and business processes aligned with organizational needs
• Deliver end-to-end services including configuration, analysis, validation, data mapping, and system integration
• Lead and support activities related to move-to-production, go-live execution, and system transitions
• Ensure the accurate representation of technical expertise prior to distributing solutions to end-users
