Job summary

Casey’s is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to join our HR Systems team in Ankeny, IA. You will analyze, troubleshoot and optimize HR systems and processes to support leaders and team members.

You’ll partner with HR stakeholders and vendors to implement upgrades, create reports, and ensure data accuracy across platforms, including timekeeping and scheduling tools, while helping document changes and train users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• At least five years of work experience in an HRIS or related role required.
• Experience with human resources functions and concepts required.
• Experience with systems and/or process implementation is required.
• Experience in creating reports using reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain day-to-day activities, configuration and workflows in HR Systems modules.
• Serve as SME for HR System modules and processes; ensure data integrity and timely updates.
• Maintain knowledge on report design and creation; implement ad hoc reports.
• Provide support for interfaces and data bridges; assist with new integrations.
• Partner with vendors to support system upgrades and data flow.
• Consult with departments on updates for HR Systems modules and provide guidance.
• Audit and own workflow documentation; assist with communications and training.
• Maintain configuration and workflows; assist in scoping and assessing project requests.
