Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency Certificate required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities deemed sufficient to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data entry for hiring processes and employment records.
• Assist with onboarding for new hires and transfers, entering data into HRIS.
• Support recruitment outreach and screening of candidates.
• Conduct interviews and determine applicant suitability for hire.
• Follow payroll/leave guidelines and ensure accuracy of data inputs.
