Job summary

GreenGate Fresh, LLLP is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to support HR and location operations including recruitment, training, performance management, safety, benefits, and payroll. The role provides leadership and counsel in the absence of the HR Director.

The position requires hands-on HR experience, compliance know-how, and the ability to manage leaves, policies, and employee relations while traveling to Salinas, CA and Yuma, AZ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years HR experience, preferably as HR Generalist or HR Assistant.
• Experience in employment law and regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Recruiting experience preferred.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems incl. UltiPro; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate job descriptions and career path structures.
• Manage compensation evaluation and market surveys.
• Ensure compliance with postings, EEO-1, and records retention.
• Oversee leaves of absence and attendance tracking.
• Administer benefits and wellness programs.
• Provide employee relations support and performance guidance.
• Coordinate training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Deliver HR policy presentations and maintain employee handbook.
• Maintain confidentiality and support safety program and incident investigations.
• Handle recruitment processes and onboarding documentation.
• Travel to Salinas, CA / Yuma, AZ.
