Job summary

Jobtailor in Missouri seeks an HR Supervisor to support the HR Generalist, collaborate with department leaders, and drive operational improvements. The role focuses on Michigan recruitment strategies and ensuring consistent policy application across the organization.

You'll conduct training sessions, lead process improvements, and work closely with management to enhance HR effectiveness and service delivery for our teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead capacity preferred.
• Experience recruiting for professional and/or legal roles is a plus.
• Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and negotiation communication skills, as well as a strong customer service orientation.
• Highly organized working style with an ability to manage time and strong attention to detail.
• Technical proficiency with Google Suite and ADP.
