Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of data analytics, HR Consulting practices, and process execution.
• Courage and ability to communicate effectively articulating needs, interests, and concerns.
• Demonstrate self-awareness through a combination of feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into personal strengths and weaknesses.
• Ability to manage time appropriately.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide first line employee and manager inquiry support, ensuring responses are timely and aligned with HR policies.
• Provide coaching to employees and managers on lifecycle activities (inquiries on HR processes, programs and initiatives).
• Assist in delivering end-to-end HR solutions considering local languages and geography needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with employees, managers and HR teams to ensure effective communication.
• Ensure consistent delivery of HR processes and data management in line with HR objectives.
• Apply HR knowledge to resolve employee and manager queries through click and connect support.
• Represent the voice of employees and managers to stakeholders.
• Contribute to excellence in customer support and drive improvements in HR services across geography.
• Participate in initiatives to improve HR processes.
