Job summary

General Dynamics Electric Boat is offering Human Resources summer internships with hands-on exposure to HR functions. Interns will work under a dedicated mentor and gain real-life experience in the defense industry, supporting Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Workforce Development activities.

The program runs for eight weeks in Summer 2027, with opportunities to travel regionally within Connecticut and Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time at a college or university.
• Pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, ILR, Psychology, Business, Education or Communications program or related degree.
• Available to work 40 hours per week for a minimum eight (8) consecutive weeks between May 2027 to September 2027.
