Job summary

Nassal/nFusion, part of the PCL family, seeks an HR Student in Orlando for May–August to support onboarding, events, training prep and HRIS tasks. You’ll assist with research, databases, and reporting while developing customer-focused relationships in a collaborative environment.

This full-time summer opportunity requires pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work in the US.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Authorized to work in the US; 18+ with a valid Driver’s License.
• Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.

Responsibilities

• Assists with research and general administrative support.
• Assists with onboarding coordination, event planning and training preparation.
• Maintains accurate databases and reporting as needed.
• Supports employees and HRIS system usage.
