Qualifications

• Freshman–Senior standing pursuing Business Administration or HR related degree.

• Commit to Doosan Bobcat for the full term (8 months for co-op, 4 months for internship).

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment and selection for full-time employees.
• Plan and coordinate employee social activities.
• Create communications for events and news.
• Organize the company charitable giving process.
• Assist in STEM and community initiatives.
• Support HR with questions and processes.
