Job summary

The State of Oklahoma, Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner II for a full-time role at OMES. You will develop strategic HR partnerships with agency leadership to align HR strategy with organizational goals and drive workforce effectiveness.

You will lead workforce planning, employee relations, and talent acquisition while guiding on policies, rules, and compliance and supporting leadership with performance management and development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of professional HR experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
• SHRM or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic HR partner relationships with agency leadership.
• Collaborate with leadership on employee engagement strategy and culture.
• Provide guidance on HR transactions, policies, and compliance.
• Oversee workforce planning, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Advise on compensation decisions and performance management.
• Maintain HR data systems and reporting.
• Support special projects and adapt to division needs.
