Job summary

Energy Innovation Corp is seeking an HR Director in Casper, WY to own the internship program and ensure scalable, defendable recommendations for Morgan Stanley. You will set guardrails, drive pilots forward, and run discovery with Wyoming operators to reveal hidden data gaps.

You will lead weekly review sessions that culminate in decisions, not more meetings, and coordinate with stakeholders on FMLA administration and operational bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• PHR Certification is required.
• Ability to translate interpersonal skills complexity for a non-technical audience.
• Hands-on business experience with clear follow-up accountability.
• Grit to handle tasks at 4pm on a Friday without complaint.
• Strong prioritization when multiple items are urgent.
• Expertise in FMLA Administration.
• Casper WY market familiarity or genuine curiosity about this market.

Responsibilities

• Set guardrails so an internship deal can move without a committee.
• Push a business pilot past the point where most pilots die.
