Responsibilities

• As a Human Resources Expert, develop an easy, inspiring guest experience and support a positive team environment.
• Greet guests at various touchpoints and assist with inquiries to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Lead focused recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire candidates.
• Support training needs and advocate for continuous learning across teams.
• Act as a resource for scheduling systems and pay practices, and ensure compliance policies are followed.
• Collaborate with leaders to anticipate talent needs and adjust staffing accordingly.
• Deliver on HR processes to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Maintain safety, ethical conduct, and risk mitigation in daily operations.
