Doosan Bobcat NA US in Rogers, MN seeks an HR Specialist in People Relations to support employees and leaders across the organization and help deliver an outstanding employee experience.

Job Requirement

What Skills and Experience You’ll Need:

• 0-2 years of experience in an HR support role or internship is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS software.

Education:

• We value skills gained through both education and experience. Applicants may qualify with a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field or with two additional years of relevant professional experience.

The salary range for this position is Minimum Pay: $53,288.00 - Maximum Pay: $79,933.00 depending on experience and other factors.
