Job summary

Global Finishing Solutions LLC in Osseo, Wisconsin is seeking an HR Specialist onsite who enjoys building relationships, recruiting, and developing talent. The role combines recruitment and HR projects to expose you to multiple HR areas across the organization.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing/operational roles, partner with managers, and contribute to onboarding, training, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable partnering with employees, candidates, hiring managers, and leaders across the organization.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for hire.
• Coordinate the hiring process from application through onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop relationships with schools, technical colleges, workforce agencies, and community organizations.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and look for ways to continuously improve our hiring process and candidate experience.
• Support employee development, onboarding, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with performance management and talent review processes.
• Create training materials, presentations, guides, and employee communications.
• Help coordinate training and development programs.
• Track participation and provide reporting and administrative support.
• Partner with HR leadership on projects that support employee growth and organizational effectiveness.
• Look for opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.

Pay Range: $54,000 – $69,000 per year, based on your experience, skills, and qualifications.

Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for an annual individual incentive based on company performance. Maximum bonus amounts may vary depending on role.

Actual compensation will be determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, skill level, and market conditions. For remote or hybrid positions, the listed pay range applies to applicants in the specified location.
