Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an HR Specialist for a global organization in Johns Creek, GA. This onsite role covers employee relations, benefits administration, onboarding, HRIS management, and compliance, partnering with employees and leadership to support daily HR operations.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a salary range of $45,000–$55,000+ negotiable based on experience, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match with PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of general HR experience preferred.
• Experience with benefits administration, employee relations, onboarding, and HR compliance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and MS Office skills; familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems (ADP or SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee inquiries.
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
• Maintain accurate employee records, payroll information, and HRIS data.
• Support recruiting, attendance tracking, and leave administration.
• Assist with HR compliance and related documentation.
• Partner with managers and employees to address HR-related needs.
