What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of low-to-medium complexity learning and development (L&D) projects
- Implement learning solutions in various formats, including instructor-led training, eLearning, and workshops
- Build relationships and maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Report on project progress, actively manage risks, and conduct project retrospectives for continuous improvement
- Provide specialized HR-related advice and support to management and leadership teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, preferably in a learning or adult training environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and research abilities, including data analysis methods and reporting techniques
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP certification or Agile/Scrum certification
- Demonstrated knowledge in adult learning principles
- Proven track record of delivering results with a strong client focus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects concurrently
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning tools
