Job summary

Glovis EV Logistics America LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to support HR policies, procedures, and programs onsite in Ellabell, GA. You will work with HR management to ensure effective implementation and compliance across the organization.

This salaried, non-exempt role offers growth opportunities, a Monday–Friday schedule, and responsibilities ranging from payroll support to new hire orientation and safety program development.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple HR projects simultaneously.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Processes paperwork for transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases and related matters.
• Assists with HR reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
• Manages HR projects and administrative activities.
• Assists with development of teaching aids, training handbooks, and tutorials.
• Participates in recruitment, screening and orientation for candidates.
• Assists in developing safety programs for the facility.
• Maintains HR training and employee relations schedules.
• Supports payroll processing and answers employee questions.
