Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level.
• Experience serving as a member of a Human Resources Program review team, task forces, and work groups.
• Experience providing guidance regarding position structure, tentative classification of proposed jobs, job redesign, and guidance in the resolution of problems in the classification and position management area.
• Experience providing advisory opinions to the field and regional employee services offices on position classifications and pay administration issues.
• Credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience; show the actual time spent in activities.
• Education: There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this grade level.
