Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control department records, documents and other materials.
• Assist with financial documentation, including purchasing office supplies and tracking invoices.
• Perform clerical duties, prepare and type correspondence with proper grammar and punctuation.
• Key timekeeping tasks: keying, submitting, and maintaining Time and Attendance records with codes.
