Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• HR Certification (SHRM/PHR) preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, including Canada.
• 3–5 years HR business partner experience required.
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience supporting Canada Operations.
• Broad HR function and business process knowledge.
• Strong multi-project management ability.
• Proficient in data analytics and Microsoft Office.
• Strong writing, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Bilingual English and French.

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships across locations and with the HR team to support managers and employees.
• Assist in addressing employee relations matters with documentation and investigation guidance.
• Support field management with basic performance management activities including documentation and coaching.
• Respond to HR questions from managers and employees, escalating complex matters as needed.
• Gather and compile HR data and metrics to support reporting and program initiatives.
• Develop understanding of employment laws and company policies across US and Canada locations.
• Support efforts to promote a positive workplace culture with engagement and retention initiatives.
• Communicate and reinforce HR policies to employees and managers.
• Assist in workforce planning and onboarding activities as directed by HR leadership.
• Identify training needs and coordinate training logistics.
