The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or business administration and several years of HR experience, including HRIS and payroll systems. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or related field with 5 years of direct HR experience.
• SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of recruitment, payroll, benefits, leave programs, and HR information systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer the recruitment process including postings, background checks, drug screening, interviewing, onboarding and retention.
• Administer payroll for employees and retirees including changes, expenses, paychecks, W-2s and 1099Rs.
• Administer benefits enrollment, claims resolutions, education and annual open enrollment.
• Manage all leave programs including FMLA, workers’ compensation, short/long-term disability.
• Maintain pension/retirement plan data, reporting and related tasks.
