Sagility LLC is seeking an HR Specialist to support HR operations from a Work@Home USA location. The role requires a BA/BS in HR or related field and 2–4 years of HR experience, with strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Help ensure policies and procedures are administered consistently for fair management of employees.
  • Provide advice on employee relations cases per Sagility policies and employment law.
  • Support positive employee relations and effective communication of initiatives and policies.
  • Inform employees about key initiatives and benefits.
  • Promote employee engagement and help minimize turnover.
  • Explain company policies, benefits, and employment laws to staff and management.
  • Maintain company practices regarding workers' compensation, leaves of absence, and compliance.
  • Assist HR Manager and VP in various duties.
  • Conduct investigations and provide documentation and closure.
  • Identify process improvements to gain efficiency and accuracy.
  • Be a cultural role model embodying Sagility's core values.

Job Description:

Education: BA/BS in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience required.

Experience: 2 – 4 years previous Human Resource management experience required.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills to include presentation ability.

  • Demonstrated decision making and problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills:

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Help to ensure all policies and procedures are administered consistently to ensure the effective, fair and consistent management of employees.
  • Provide advice and guidance on employee relations cases, ensuring they are well managed and meet the requirements of Sagility policies, best practice and employment legislation.
  • Support the creation of an environment of positive employee relations where change and business decisions are communicated effectively.
  • Ensure that all employees are informed by assisting with communications of key initiatives and policies.
  • Promote employee engagement and work to minimize employee turnover.
  • Be knowledgeable of Company policies and procedures, employee benefits, employment laws and communicate consistently with employees and management to ensure understanding and compliance.
  • Maintain and execute Company practices and processes regarding W/C, leaves of absence and compliance standards.
  • Assists HR Manager and HR Vice President in various responsibilities.
  • Conducts investigations, provides guidance, documentation and incident closure.
  • Identify process improvements to gain efficiencies and accuracy.
  • Act as a cultural role model and drive accountability for exhibiting behaviors aligned to our core values.
