What You Will Do

As a Process Consultant, you will play an important role in supporting healthcare operations through accurate and efficient claims processing and administrative support activities.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and processing healthcare claims according to established guidelines and procedures
• Maintaining quality, accuracy, and productivity standards
• Investigating and resolving claim-related issues when appropriate
• Following compliance, audit, and service level requirements
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating effectively with peers, leaders, and cross‑functional teams
• Demonstrating accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail in all aspects of work
• Continuously expanding knowledge of healthcare processes and industry standards

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
