Job summary

Lonza is seeking an experienced Associate Director, HR Partnering (HR Site Head) for its Houston site. This senior HR leader will serve on the Site Leadership Team and collaborate with the global HR network to align people strategies with business priorities in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

The role requires a hands-on, onsite presence, strong partnership with executives, and a track record of driving organizational effectiveness, culture, and talent development to support transformational

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience as part of a senior leadership team.
Experience in a CDMO/pharma/life sciences/advanced manufacturing environment.
Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
Strong expertise in employment law, compensation, organizational development, workforce planning, and labor relations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Site Head and Site Leadership Team.
Partner with site leadership and the global HR network to drive organizational effectiveness.
Develop and execute short- and long-term HR strategies for the Houston site.
Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
Drive change management and business transformation programs for growth and site objectives.
Provide strategic HR guidance that mitigates risk and maintains positive employee relations.
